A Bit About Me

Despite your best efforts, you may be feeling stuck right now. You may be unsure of where to turn next. Having been there many times myself, I understand those feelings. Sometimes, the first step forward is finding someone that can listen. My hope is that you will feel comfortable sharing what you need to so I can help you move toward your mental health and relationship goals.

While living in Brazil and working closely with families and relationships, I was often surprised to see that, despite humble living circumstances, many people fostered happy family lives. I began to notice that thriving and happy families possessed similar qualities: humility, kindness, and hope. Regardless of your current circumstances, I am confident that as we work together, you can find hope to overcome your current challenges and become stronger because of them.

Since your situation is unique and personal, I will work alongside you to craft a therapy plan that will best meet your needs and goals. See services for more details on specific ways we may approach our work together.

When I'm not in the office, I enjoy spending time outdoors or playing games with my wife and two kids. I love music, singing, and playing the guitar, ukulele, piano.
